The communication was great; Linda took a lot of time out of her personal schedule to help me/take my calls. Linda was very dedicated to her client. The only thing the could’ve been improved was more simplified explanations. Much of the terminology used in conversation and contracts were jargon for me. The various processes were also very foreign for a first time home buyer. I think this needs to be considered as taking out a mortgage is a huge decision; lenders owe clients proper education.
