I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr LeBourgeois over the past 5-6 years. She worked closely with me to find the best medication to control my migraine headaches. At one point she recommended sending me to physical therapy, which was something I was unaware would help my pain. It was a great idea! The preventive migraine medicine and PT over a period of weeks worked a miracle. I continue to use information I learned from PT and from Dr LeBourgeois every day to control my pain.
Dr. LeBourgeois saw me after I started having multiple chronic migraines, as many as 37 in a 3 week period. She was patient, thorough, and did everything she could to help me get the issue resolved. We tried different medications and procedures until we figured out what worked best and I'm pleased to say that my headaches have significantly decreased and I can live my life again!
Had no clue about my condition and I’m a first time patient. I can’t imagine walking into a waiting room and not even reviewing the patient’s file before entering. What a waste of time!
Start with she does not listen to your issues, she flippantly diagnoses tangential issues that are not too important to me, The real health concerns of the visit were virtually dismissed or just not addressed. She is very condescending and leaves you with nothing of value.
Dr Lebourgeois ordered a few standard tests and when those were normal she told me she had no further recommendations for me. When she performed the nerve tests and stuck needles into my skin, she did not clean the area with alcohol pads consistently. She cleaned one spot and then rushed through the rest without cleaning any other spots. She could've caused a bacterial infection. She’s awful. She doesn’t listen to you, talks over you and is disrespectful

She insisted on filling prescriptions I told her I didn’t need yet to avoid me calling later which cost me extra money. She laughed at me when I tried to address a legitimate concern I was having and told me it was probably just something that annoyed me. This was really offensive and unprofessional

Poor bedside manner, communication and retaliatory. Relies on MyChart too heavily. I had issues with the medicine I was prescribed. I could not schedule an appointment. I called and complained to the administration. After complaining about the care I was receiving, Dr. LeBourgeois reported my seizure to the DMV. Conveniently I was reported after I complained.
Our experience was extremely bad, my mothers blood pressure was 180/102 when we entered the room and they did not re-take it before we left. The intake nurse did not complete the med list properly, and when Dr. LeBourgeois came in she did not want to listen to my mother. Essentially only spoke to me, pulled me out in the hall and blamed all of her problems on psychological issues then proceeded to tell us she wasn't sure if we'd be a good fit.
