Every doctor we have seen since has criticized her care plan. She was extremely rude and refused to take any steps to remedy our problems. If you need a neurologist don't choose LeBourgeois.
She said my daughter's seizures were stress for something that happened after they started. She had years of neurological problems that she ignored. Her office gave my daughter eeg instructions for a 5 year old and when they realized the mistake, they wouldn't redo it. She did a 15 minute eeg. Then dismissed us. The next doc we saw knew exactly what kind of seizures she was having based on what she felt and I saw. He did a 24 hour eeg and she definitely had seizures. She is the worst doctor.
I saw Dr LeBourgeois 3 times before discontinuing my relationship with her practice. My wait to get into an exam room was alway over an hour, her knowledge of migraines seemed limited as did the strategy to improve my condition. I think she is probably a qualified neurologist in other specializations, but I would not recommend seeing her for migraine related issues.
