Personal attention by Linda Zaiss. She was superb. She even down adjusted the rate when it dropped despite the loan being in progress. The actual approval for underwriting for a large jumbo loan is complicated and legally requires many documents. That makes it not "very easy". But Linda was always there to help remove road blocks. We closed on time and I was very satisfied.
