Personal attention by Linda Zaiss. She was superb. She even down adjusted the rate when it dropped despite the loan being in progress. The actual approval for underwriting for a large jumbo loan is complicated and legally requires many documents. That makes it not "very easy". But Linda was always there to help remove road blocks.
