This is the (unfortunately) the forth Lexus I have had to be repaired via the collision center. I previously used one of the other Lexus dealerships collision center and was beyond disappointed with their repairs to my then LS 400. Lindsay has been my service provider for maintenance and any time I need body work. Ms. Rebecca George is PHENOMENAL in her knowledge and customer service delivery! Great customer service. They keep you updated almost daily with status reports. The quality of work is exceptional. Definitly far superior to "production work". Chris Endicott is an exceptional estimator and project manager. He has great "people skills".
