While staying at a local hotel with valet parking our vehicle was damaged with a dent in the rear hatch and the parking company required a written estimate. Pulled into Lindsay Collision and the bay was jammed paced with cars waiting for service and estimates. Patricia Casten, a customer service rep., greeted us and after a short wait inspected our vehicle and printed out a complete estimate of damages.
