Excellent experience, greatly recommended. The process of refinancing was so easy that it seemed like Miss Lindsay was holding our hand the whole way until a successful closing. The part that we appreciated the most, is that all the numbers where upfront and every question answer. Miss Lindsay is very knowledgeable of her job. I would blindly recommend her services.

Hands down the best !! I must say, the reason I went with the company was because of Lindsey! She just has that personality to calm all your fears. She is dedicated and very helpful in explaining the entire process. She is also good at explaining it 2 or 3 times when I would forget what it was! She would always answer me even in the middle of the night. Awesome Professional Helpful Service So just let me say if you are new to the housing experience or think you know everything about the process even Lindsay is the best person to work with. I had a million questions and she respectfully answered and gave honest statements. With housing there is a lot of red tape and small print stuff where people don't disclose everything but Lindsay kept it real and professional and honest. She helped me and the entire way. Cash-Out made Easy Lindsay did an excellent job in helping to guide us through the process of getting a Cash-Out Refinance of our home. She was able to clearly articulate what the process would be, as well as answer any questions that my wife and I had regarding the process. She is extremely attentive to all communication, whether by email, phone calls, or text messages. The highest compliment I could give is that I would do business with her again without question.

Smooth Refinance and a Pleasure to Work with Lindsay! Although our loan brought some challenges, Lindsay was always on top of it and there to walk us through it. Wonderful and comfortable experience! Lindsay is one of the most efficient people I’ve ever worked with. She is kind and was never pushy, yet she always followed through immediately. Exceptional service! Lindsay was fantastic to work with! From the beginning of the process, all the way to closing, she stayed in constant contact with me by phone, text and email.
