I had a really good experience Working with Lindsay was a pleasure. She took the time I needed to understand the process and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. If I e-mailed her with a question she always got back to me right away. On the day I signed my loan docs she call me to let me know that she was available if I had questions while signing. The next day she called to make sure everything was okay. You can not go wrong asking for Lindsay to help with your loan process.
Lindsay added a personal touch that left me truely impressed! I first spoke with Lindsay 4 months ago. I had a late payment on my record and she advised me to wait a few months to help secure a lower interest rate. 4 months later to my surprise I receive a call from Lindsay asking how I've been doing. This would't have happened if it wasn't for Lindsay Even though COVID has made this a tricky time for lending plus the fact that my loan needs were complicated, Lindsay made the process seem like a breeze. I don't know how many times she had to go at-bat for me. When every reviewer came up with a different "required document," she fought them down until they went away. It's a shame I can only give her five stars. She deserves more, much more.
Great communicator and facilitator! Lindsay Mortara does a great job facilitating the entire loan process and clearly communicates what is needed at each step of the process. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I could always reach her if I had questions and always received prompt responses any time I emailed, texted or called making this a very good experience.
Easy as gets Lindsay from the beginning was professional yet friendly. The process was seamless and easier than expected. She returned emails and text almost immediately. You don’t see that type of commitment every day. I will recommend Lindsay to anyone wanting to buy or refi.
