In 2004, I decided to leave my broadcasting career behind and begin working toward a career in medicine. I was driven to medicine for a variety of reasons, including my own histories with cancer. I found those experiences as a patient to be utterly invaluable as I learned the art and science of doctoring, and I know my patients are glad that their doctor has that patient’s perspective.

My first visit to Dr. VanDyke was excellent! I had been to another Endocrinologist in Las Colinas that had implanted my Eversense E3. When it was time to replace my sensor, she refused, citing concerns about payment from Medicare. Ascensia directed me to Dr VanDyke and I am above thrilled for that referral. Dr. Vandyke is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. She removed my expired sensor and implanted my new Eversense 365 sensor. I felt no pain during the procedure. The front office as welll as Dr VanDyke and her assistant are great.
I was very happy with my appt. DR. VANDYKE took time to answer my questions, with no rushing she was very informative as to my results and advice on how to continue my progress.
