Over the years, my family has purchased quite a bit of furniture from Lindy's downtown Hickory. Our recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. Staff encourages you to order online when items are available and the ad states 'buy today, receive today'. Both my daughter, husband and I have been treated rudely on the phone, during pick up and in the store. I will be furnishing our 3 homes elsewhere. You lost another customer today.
Second time to Lindys, once at each location, and going today to pick up half my order, and waiting on the big piece to come in. So far i couldn't ask for a better experience!
Verrry rude! Ordered a couch in august and the keep telling me different dates on the delivery! Never again will i shop here!
