I am very disappointed with the process of my order. I purchased my bedroom suite on Mar 19, 2018 from Angela. On my order form it stated it would take up to 7 weeks to be made and shipped. It is now May 21, 2018 and I have yet to receive my order nor have I been contacted to schedule the delivery. I had to keep calling the store to find the statuses of my order and then to be told it was delayed 2 weeks. I only received a call when it was time for final payment. I am sorry you have had trouble with your purchase. After looking at your order, it seems your California King Headboard was on back order but still came in and your order was already at our local shipper on 5-14-18. Right now it is being routed to your part of Florida from NC and you should receive with-in 3 weeks. I am sorry for the slight delay, however in furniture sometimes this is expected. We appreciate your business and hope you will have no hard feelings.
I'm not sure where fb 4 Connelly Springs is but the employee that sold us our furniture said that it would come with a battery pack for electric recliners wouldn't have to stay Plugged In The Wall 24/7 a month later I have to use a socket and I take the plug out and guess what it doesn't work without being plugged. IN detail we asked if this was the issue and she said no they are good for 100 reclines, then they would have to be charged again. I have been purchasing furniture at Lindy's for years. Just received a new leather reclining living room group. As always, excellent service, great products and great prices. I would definitely recommend Lindy's if you are looking at buying new furniture.
