We had always shopped the clearance center in downtown Hickory so this was our first time at the main store. We were out on Black Friday and just decided to pop in to see what they had. We weren’t planning to spend as much as we did, but as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for”. With Connie’s help, we found 2 matching Lazy Boy rocker recliners that were in stock. Helpful advice on reclining power lift chair for my elderly mother. There was a charge for delivery and they do not offer haul away service for replaced furniture. Delivery team was prompt, professional and friendly. All in all a good experience!
