Lisa Birdsong and her entire team are the best! They made the entire process of selling my house go as smoothly as possible. They knew exactly how to stage the house for showings and where to advertise my listing. The day it went on the market, the showing appointments were all day, everyday giving me the results that I wanted - selling my house quickly for the price that I wanted. Let's go overall first. Lisa guided us from initial free consult to closing on our home. We were always in tune with Lisa's recommendations and guidance from getting the house ready, to pricing, to negotiations and through to getting the sale proceeds through the title company to our bank account. Lisa was a joy to work with. She truly knows the business of buying and selling homes. She provided excellent guidance to us throughout the process and kept everyone headed in the same direction through what became a difficult sale of our home. Our experience with Lisa Birdsong's team was unbelievable. She provided us with a complete outline of for how to prepare our home, what to expect when it went on the mls and then communicated with us regularly about the process. She made it so easy!
