Our family was recently relocated to the Dallas area. Lisa was great. We had a house that had been on and off the market for over a year. She had it sold within a month of listing. I have used the Lisa Birdsong Group twice for two different real estate transactions. The first was to purchase a property. And the second was to lease the property I purchased. Lisa was able to give us an honest appraisal of the value of our home and the ability to sell at our asking price. She assisted with staging the home for the best possible appeal and arranged for excellent photos to be taken for our listing. We received multiple offers on the house and Lisa was able to help us understand all the variables of each offer. I agree with all the reviews that say Lisa Birdsong is professional, great realtor, hard working and more, cause it's all true. But I want to ad that she always always always has a smile on her face!!! I've never seen her be anything but positive and considerate to everybody around her. You almost hate to see it end cause you know when it's over you're going to miss talking to her every day. She is fantastic!!
