Thank you to Lisa and the team members that helped me with my difficult situation. As far as I'm aware, quite a few senior level employees were involved in my purchase, and I don't think it could have been possible without Lisa and said management. My many silly questions and frequent phone calls were met with positivity as well as honesty.
