"Fast & reliable" I took my used Pathfinder in for a recall item. They gave me a lift to work and asked what time to come get me. They showed up right on time to take me back to the dealership.
"Great experience without pressure" Met a salesman named Oz at Eugene Lithia. Great listener. Very patient. Helped me through the process and was incredibly knowledgeable about Nissan Titan trucks. True professional and nothing like a stereotypical salesman. Would highly recommend to ANYONE looking at a half tun truck to give Nissan a look and talk to OZ in Eugene. FYI.... "Oil change" Love the service and friendly service department. A simple oil change is convenient and fast and the popcorn, tv and children’s toys make a child’s wait nice too.
"Good car lot " Sales rep was kind and thoughtful for our needs. Gm was also considerate. Financial guy was the same. Ask vehicles on the lot are super clean, and gone through to make sure they are in excellent condition
"Happy to be home " Jon was very good with us. He knew we were out of town and they worked hard to get us back on the road. Which they did .
"Fast friendly service " The guys in the service department always do a great job. They are able to get me in and out quick. The guys at the service counter always seem to be ina great mood.
"Good customer service " Quick, friendly, staff great, James did a great job on the phone . So we left the Lithia store in Klamath falls that wasn’t so great & drove 200 miles to Eugene and had a much better experience. So glad we made the drive . I would give James Hunt a 10 . We could not get the Klamath Falls store to work with us at all .
"Happy with the Rogue" I really like the 16 Rogue I purchased from Lithia Nissan. The only thing I can say I would have liked to change with my experience is dealerships always ask How the customer can do to meet the customers parameters of the deal. You would think the dealership would do more adjustments on their end to meet the customers parameters.
