"recall on cvt programming" Very helpful dealership. I also notice a fan noise in the cabin. They opened that area up and removed leaves that had got in. They said it was a poorly installed cabin filter that let the leaves into the fan. Glad to have that fixed.
"Periodic Maintenance" Lithia Nissan has increased their service department staff and what a difference it made! My car was in and out of there before I had a chance to finish my cup of coffee. Everyone was friendly as usual and I felt confident behind the wheel a few days later when a torrential rain hit the area.
"100% satisfied" My husband and I showed up at this dealership 25 minutes before they closed. I was interested in being shown and test driving a 2018 Pathfinder but didnt think we would have time. "Oil Change " Lithia Nissan is a great dealership. Very comfortable waiting area with many amenities. Fast turnaround. Friendly service. Lithia should build a second location in Coos Bay, closer to my town, Reedsport.
"Quality service!" I went in knowing what I wanted and never felt pressured to change my decision because of the fantastic salesman that helped me. I was treated right and they were patient with me through the whole process. I am very content with the level of detail they provided and I’m really happy with the car I bought!
