"Great customer service from friendly and helpful..." Great customer service from friendly and helpful employees when I’m at the dealership. The service department is terrific and I’ve always been happy there. I was a bit disappointed with the internet chat I had last week when trying to set up a service appointment. The chat representative was not really helpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting me.
