I really didn’t have enough for a put down for a 2020 Ford Eco Sport Titanium. Working with Jose Chavez, he got a great deal. He really came through for me in a time of need and I was able to get the car the same day. Joseph Linder was also able to get me some great financial advice. I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from these guys for a good price. On the 2.5 hour drive home, I lost a panel. Despite the fact I had not purchased a warranty, they treated me well and fixed the problem by sending me to a closer location (Lithia Walnut Creek).. Top rate. Good Job.
Overall, I had a good experience and got a fair (not great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. They stayed true to their word and fixed a few issues after purchase -- but I was persistent (to the point of being obnoxious) to ensure they were done. My one major gripe is the $1,000 GPS "security" system they add to all their cars. There is no way to opt-out since it's already installed.
It's always quick service. Mike and Joe are always very attentive and courteous when I pull up.
Our sells man, Max, did an awesome job. He was attentive, listened to our needs, and made sure we got the car of our dreams. Bob, the finance guy also did a wonderful job and got us the right financing for us. Thank you Lithia!
