"Free service work" Always a great job with every visit! We had a battery that went bad and they put a new one in , no charge, great deal!
"Car malfunctioned and had to bring in to shop" Identified the problem and fixed the issue. Turns out it was not a warranty repair but they did their best to keep the costs down.
"2012 370Z" My car shut off on me in the freeway, ended up being a bad fuel pump. Lithia Nissan service took my car in and had it back to me the next day. They even went above and provided a loan vehicle for me to get around for the day.
"Professional & Courteous" Lithia Nissan worked me in on short notice and performed all the work as specified. They installed an antenna which turned out to be more work than they had anticipated but did not charge anything extra. Much appreciated.
