"Oil change" Service was good I do have an issue with my contract. When I bought my Chevy. I remember asking for the unlimited oil change. Which the agent agreed to add. Which is wasn’t.

"Car was towed in & serviced the same day " Mike was very helpful & kept me updated on my car. My car was towed in around 11am and got it back with in a few hours. Over all he was very trustworthy & professional. I will definitely come back to this. Thank you again Mike!
"Excellent Value and Excellent Staff." Leasing staff gave excellent value and excellent service. Staff accommodated the time of signing around my late work schedule. I leased the same model as I did 3 years ago. This is the best car in its class for the value. I always recommend this model and dealership to others.
"freindly customer service" i went in for an oil change and tire rotation, it took a little longer than expected but i was happy with the overall service.
"Great" I am well greeted by the service advisor and when the service is done I am well informed on everything. I am also reminded when I should be getting certain services on the car which is great.
"Fast oil change...!" Joe at Lithia Nissan Fresno got my car in fast for an oil change. It was a last-minute request on Saturday, but he moved some things around and still was able to get me in. I was still able to go out of town that weekend ! Joe and his co-workers always make an effort to get my family in and out of there fast and always let us know what the car really needs to have done, and what can wait ... true professional. Thanks Joe ! 10/10 service !
