"Bad day" I normally have a good experience here but this was terrible. I pulled in and there were 3 cars behind me. All 3 of them were helped and their cars taken while I sat there and waited. I interrupted some else getting helped before me and was told to wait. When I finally was helped I added that I also needed an additional service but was told I couldn’t because I didn’t mention it when I made the appointment but I made the appointment by phone and was told to just tell them when I show up. "Happy, But!" Customer service is excellent and timely, but my car had dirty handprints and oil on front right fender. Hood also had dirty handprints. Never had any complaints until now.
"Great service" My wife and I were on our way to Disneyland with her parents when the transmission starting giving us problems on a Saturday we called and talked to Joe and he said to bring it in. So we didn't have to wait they put us in a rental and were able to continue on our trip the car needed a transmission they ordered it and installed it in a manner of days and was ready when we were on our way home!
"Fast and friendly service" Larry got my montero serviced promptly and efficiently. Car was done before I expected. Got an oil change and air filter change in less time and less money than I thought
"Service" I like the fact that getting my oil changed and tires rotated is just as fast as a quickie p lace and prices are not too too high they still could come down a little and the service staff are very nice and efficient
