"Service with a smile." Everything as I expected. Did not have wait. Completed my service before I anticipated. Went beyond what I asked for, and included items we had not discussed. To my liking.
"My transmission " Was greeted very friendly and new what I was talking about. Took care of my issue and so far satisfied and ready when told it would be.
"Just like any other dealership " So they had the car I wanted. I ended up buying it but it was a pain playing the dealer games. I told them what my final price I was willing to pay and the back and forth disappearance happened to the point where I was loading up my family and getting ready to leave. Talking with 3 different people. Still waiting for the Salesman to call me back about the price For a second key fob.
"Quick, efficient service" Brought our 2008 Altima in for an oil change. They finished it in 45 minutes. The service rep pointed a couple issues that I might want to address in the future, but they didn’t try to upsell me on lots extras. I appreciate that!

"Excellent Service" Lithia Nissan service department is excellent, they are friendly, professional and curtious to your needs. They also have a caffee/Tea bar, amd yummy donuts to enjoy while you wait in one of their 2 clean waiting rooms as your car is getting serviced. They also offer a shuttle to drop you off at your home or place of work and pick you up when your car is ready :D
