I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue through Lithia Nissan and upon finding out that it is unsafe and not recommended by Nissan to put a car seat in the center seat of the second row Lithia Nissan told me they would help me find a car that would fit my family and make it right. After contacting me for two weeks or so, all communication just stopped. Lithia Nissan is fantastic. I was super nervous about having to take my car in since it was brand new but they relieved any worries I had. They have us a shuttle ride home so we wouldn't have to wait there and they were able to get everything we needed done. They even fixed our recall, which I had completely forgotten about. A+ service in my book!
Lithia are a bunch of crooks. I bought a car from Lithia Honda and they have done nothing but lie to me. I know when my car has transmission problems. For my car to be purchased in September 2016 and for it to be slipping the transmission in December 2017 is not right. They kept my car for FOUR WEEKS and put in ANOTHER BROKEN transmission. It slipped leaving the service center parking lot. I went back and they told me I was lying. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast service.
My first experience with Lithia Nissan Service was truly disastrous , Bad all the way around. I went back for an oil change and was happy Tyronne (service manager) , who got me what I expected. Good, friendly service, my oil change in a timely manner and a car wash. Thanks, I'll come back .
