The receptionist was polite, and I really appreciated being asked what day and time worked for me. She answered all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment the technician checked me in and I was greeted nicely and promptly. Everything was explained to me about what was going to be done to my truck, and that I would receive a call explaining the problem. When I did get the call everything was explained. I really appreciate the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.
Just a simple oil change and check up. Timing was about what was quoted. Arranged a shuttle for me to shop while work was done. Explained all that was done. They suggested cab air filter work just based on time not necessity, but I put that off to wait for results of our upcoming "fire season" (might be more necessary to replace afterwards). Clear, efficient, friendly, accommodating employees. Thanks, Danny and Catie always!
Went to just look at a truck and was greeted by Andy the Manager, told him we were just looking and he was very ok with this then Christian came out to say hi! He showed us a couple of trucks and asked if we wanted to take one for a drive and we did. The whole time Christian was very friendly enjoyable to talk to and not pushy about selling us the truck. Everyone was super nice, helpful and informative. I thought the extra charge for using my debit card should have been disclosed when I made the appointment. I live in Roseburg and rarely have much cash on hand. It's not that the extra charge was huge, it's just annoying to be charged for something that should be "cost of doing business". As a business owner, I like to be treated the same way I treat my customers.
