They are the nicest staff! Just recommend them to a friend.
First visit to have teeth pulled for a 7 year old. Both the dentist and asst. talked to my daughter the whole time, encouraging her and telling her how good she was doing. They had a blanket and at the end had a ring which she has worn since! It was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you!
My daughter suffers from anxiety and always asks "what are you doing?" before anything is allowed to proceed. Some doctors and dentists get quickly annoyed with this but no one at Dr Mike's office even blinked an eye. I love it there!
My daughter has separation anxiety. When she's in an unfamiliar place like most kids are uncomfortable...but this place was great I was able to sit very close with her and hold her hand!Great experience!
Staff was friendly, efficient and filling out forms was easy due to being able to print them prior to the appointment. Both children were treated well by the staff. Staff answered their questions, explained better dental hygiene and eased any fears they had.
The staff and dentist were professional, kind, and patient. They explained everything they were going to do in kid-friendly terms and encouraged questions. Our son loved watching the movie as well as looking at his x-rays on the TV screen. He had such a great time he asked if when he goes back could he spend the whole day there.
Diana actually enjoyed her trip to the dentist for her cleaning and exam. She didn't have any cavities which made her even happier.
I was very pleased with our visit to Little Pearls. I thought Dr. Michael's bedside manner and dealing with children was impeccable. My son was so comfortable and quiet during his procedure and the filling looks great. I could not have asked for any better service and the office was prompt and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful visit
A small bump in the beginning, but smooth sailing through the end. My daughter continues to Enjoy her visits to the dentist because of positive and caring experiences.
