Dr. Mike is fabulous. He took his time with our oldest when he was VERY scared and after 2 visits was able to do a prophy. We have 3 kids, ages 2, 4, and 6 and all three have had wonderful experiences and love going! The office is well designed and caters to kids. We love the staff and Dr. Mike!

My 16 & 10 yr olds were at a larger, well known pediatric dentist office in Ashburn (closer to our home) who my kids adored. After years of paying overages out of pocket because our original pediatric dentist was out of network with our PPO, we switched to Dr. Gazori. A year later, I've added a 2nd Ins. provider that affords us the opportunity to return to our original dentist's office without the extra expense, but my kids declined. On 10/17/2017 at 8.50am my son and parents arrived on time from the reception call us request apology our son doctor is not coming until 45 mints . after 45 mints our son meet with the doctor to check up his tooth but the doctor abuse and make him cry badly for treatment tooth XR and clean tooth we told her to stop but she refused with no respect to continue make him crying we parent never see doctor like this before immdately we stopped her our son crying again.we told reception we never comback again we are not very happy ... read more

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH Both my kids have been going to little pearls. Every once they where babies. They called me last Christmas Eve and said I owe them $1000. I said this must be a mistake, I've never seen a bill. The lady was rude and demanded payment immediately and refused to let me come pick up the bill at the office. What happened? My son had a filling. They charged us for 2. He only had one done. I was quoted a price with my insurance coverage. They dropped the ball. My insurance doesn't cover their type of fillings... read more

Unyielding Front Office Staff Front office staff incompetent. Could not understand my insurance and then would not work with me to find an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Can't say anything about quality of care by dentist/hygienist,...but I could not get past the front-office. Going to another local pediatric dentist instead.

Just tried to make an appointment for my child. Had a terrible phone call with receptionist who could not understand my insurance information (although my family sees two other dentists and an ortho w/o any problems like this ever). Then, when she tried to schedule me at 8:30 a.m. and I asked for a different day she tried mid-morning and mid-day. I explained that I work and could not do that time. Bad communication Took my 6yr old to the dentist for a filling (or so I was told at the visit the week before) and was told that he'd be getting a crown! Had no idea this was even a possibility and felt like this procedure was definitely sprung on me. Especially bad considering we are talking about a child here. We will not be returning to this office.

service I have always enjoyed the care my child has gotten. Not to happy that she can not get her cavities filled because i can't afford to pay my bill in full.
