Katherine Robbins rocks! I was really nervous about my IUD placement, but she made the experience very positive. She explained all my pain management options (which were very adequate), made me feel comfortable during the procedure (let me listen to Steely Dan), and was encouraging the whole time. She’s kind, straightforward, gentle, and realistic.

I have been going to Liv for three years and have consistently had positive experiences with every provider I’ve seen. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the office is clean and well cared for. I am always greeted warmly by the receptionist and the nurses, especially Carina, are kind and professional. Dr. Kressel always listens to my concerns and helps me manage them. Based on my long-term experience, I highly recommend this office.

I am someone who is very anxious about this type of doctor visit, but Dr. Patel was so lovely. She really listened, took her time talking to me, explained everything she was doing during the exam, and in general made me as comfortable as possible. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful, friendly, and prompt. I'm so glad that I found this practice and am so relived to have found a doctor that made me feel like a person.

I actually feel excited to leave this review. The membership fee has been worth it for me in exchange for easier and enhanced coordination between providers. After a few serious negative experiences, I have felt relieved to meet with this team this year for my annual checkups, and feel that I have been screened appropriately and met with care that is specific to my needs.

I have seen Katherine Wild a few times and I really like her as a person, so I hate to say this, but each time I have seen her, I feel very rushed out the door by her nonverbal communication. I don't feel comfortable to speak my mind because it seems like she isn't listening and she rushes through things and interrupts me mid sentence every time.
