Doctors and office staff are nice, and the place is clean and modern, but they don't have any control over their billing department. You can't connect with them by phone, or by email. Your insurance won't be able to connect with them as well. They have charged me twice for the services I have already paid for, despite the receipts and insurance statements. Avoid at all costs.

Liv charged a membership fee despite having no primary care physicians to actually provide care. Once I learned they could not provide the care advertised, I promptly requested a refund. Liv not only ignored my refund request, it issued a second bill for the already-paid membership fee, and then marked it overdue and threatened to take it to collections.
