Excellent experience so far!
I received one specimen dead, I know it’s not anybody’s fault, I was just sad because that is the fish that I wanted. I will try again later
Good experience, however I was expecting an acclimation form but there was just the fish I ordered in the box, orat least information on what the parameters the fish were coming from or use to would be in the box. That would be a nice and appreciated addition. And the box charge seemed fairly high.
I was able to place the order quickly and efficiently. No blame to the website, I would like to purchase a Yellow Tang when they become available again.
All good as far as experience with the website. Easy to use and search around. Would like some way of seeing a potential delivery date for my order at checkout however.

I love that you provide measurements and pictures in different lighting. I wish you could expand the picture to see it larger.
I think this website is really fun, the only thing I would change is adding a description of the species that you’re getting in the Diver’s Den, instead of just the message about how that is a picture of what you will receive. I found myself going back and forth to google to make sure the what I was getting was compatible with my tank
