I want them healthy
The clownfish i ordered came safe and warm and everything went well with that gold dot maroon clownfish, however I also ordered a saddle Valentini puffer and he did not arrive alive the packaging was poor and the fish was squished in the box, and there were poor heat packs in the buffers box... However everything else went well and smooth I'm hoping I ca catch this reward because it's been about five days since I submitted my claim and still haven't got refund .

Setting up a new account was a little confusing. There should be directions to re enter the password matching the above password, instead of just an empty box. Why do I need to enter a code to checkout after I have gone thru the process of paying already.
