Overall experience is good but have not had good luck ordering anemone that arrived in good health. Makes you feel guilty about the survival rate of the species that are being shipped.
The availability of invertebrates appeared better online than in reality as a portion of my order did not ship. Because I have used LiveAquaria in the past, I will not judge them solely by this experience; they usually do better. Customer service was outstanding in explaining the problem and issuing credit. It would have been nice if these details had been provided via text or email rather by a phone call that I initiated.

There were no options to request specific delivery dates or specifics about where to have the fish delivered. I can't say that I am truly satisfied until I receive the fish. If they are alive and in good condition and survive in my tank, then I will be satisfied. I have had problems receiving dead, stressed or injured fish from other merchants, so the fish requently survive less than a week. IF they arrive in poor condition, I don't know how good they will be about either replacing the fish or refunding my purchase. Everythi... read more
