The website was easy to use, however, it was very sluggish throughout the purchasing process.

Oddly enough I have had a recent rash of strike-outs: that is selection of fish or aquatic invertebrates that you had none to sell. Is there something more you could do to stop or slow down this from happening. I know you say that you will notify me when they are available but I have never heard from you on any of my strike-outs.
LiveAquaria has a great selection of excellent species. The value packs match the extensive research I've done online and my experience as a 20+ year aquarium hobbyist. Prices are not more expensive than local big box stores. It was a great shopping experience for a first time customer, I hope the fish quality matches.
The Fed Ex tracking showed it was going to be delayed three days. I emailed LiveAquaria and explained I was worried about the copperband butterfly not making it. The next morning I was assured that the package would arrive when originally expected. The butterfly was amazing looking and came in without any issues afterall. Love the customer care taken thanks again.
