Well, it was a debate over paying for the shipping, the BOX??, plus the taxes, and saving a day trip to my reef shop hours away). I chose to pay for the convenience. Had a store that was closer had what I wanted, I would have bought from them. So, the availability and sale price won in the end. Great deals, we'll see how the customer service and product turn out before I can fully and truthfully rate this sale.
Great deals this week that I couldn’t pass up to grab a couple tangs and angelfish for both of my tanks. Will gladly recommend live aquaria in the future!
I was able to find more than what I needed. One of the best parts is the information they give you - it helps when I'm looking at really cool fish to have the minimum 30 gallons staring me and my 10 gallon tank in the face because I just want all the fish! One thing is that a lot of their fish are out of stock, which is sad, but that also helps me not buy more than is realistically in my budget. Especially guppies. I didn’t see a lot of the fish I wanted. And the shipping price is really high. But I expect a good quality of fish
The order and shipment arrived on time (as specified on the order confirmation screen). Each fish was individually packaged in its own bag of water - all were alive and well! White the acclimation process took longer to process bag (14 bags!), I really like that the fish had more resources and less stress during shipping (no fighting or excess ammonia). Prices were good and product was excellent. Only negative was the shipping notice that arrived via email two days after the actual delivery!
the website was easy to navigate and was quite easy to checkout as well. some of the plants i had hoped to get were out of stock, but that is bound to happen every once in a while. great experience on the website
They have alot of invertibrate selection at good prices. We have ordered from there before and are very happy with everything we have recieved.
