I haven't used the site in several since before my wife passed. Today's visit was a pleasant throwback to a different time in my life.
Great experience. You guys had the fish I had been looking for and at a good price.
Alerted me to availability of anthias that I was asking for, online purchase simple, timely notified of ship date, appeared healthy before adding to quarantine tank and courteous service
Great shopping experience except for the fact that more than 75% of your items are out of stock. Users should be able to filter search results to eliminate "out of stock" options. Also, some of the live fish descriptions were detailed and great, while others gave no description. Otherwise, very pleasant online shopping experience thus far,

Solid reliable site. Stock is an amazing but it isn't anywhere nowadays.
My order of a usually not in stock fish was surprising. The shipment left the day it would have and all tracking info was sent. Unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery address being printed incorrectly. It was resolved by going out of my way to try and get an alive fish. The fish shipped doesn’t always ship well it was doa. I contacted customer support mostly angry about the delivery address being incorrect. I unstated fish die in shipping.
