This is the second time buying from LiveAquaria and I have gotten nothing but quality fish from them and an easy to use website.
Good easy to navigate and select specimens.
Everything was fine
It was very simple but it was unfortunate not being able to use PayPal. And shipping was extremely expensive for 5 cheap snails without other options.
not sure if it was my internet but the site kept freezing when I wanted to check out; very stressful

A couple times your site said fish were in stock when they were not. I did a lot of shopping on this site back in 2010 thru 2012 on my last big tank and your site does not seem like it has been updated at all. The site is very slow.
I have shopped here before. Good product arrives well packed. Prices are high but you get what you pay for! And free shipping is great… I guess we will hope for another good experience once the order arrives. So far so good.
