Happy with everything except for delivery, transporters didn’t ring doorbell or nock on door! Left fish sitting on porch in 90 degree weather!

Mostly positive experiences. Fish and shrimp look happy & healthy. Some fish and shrimp deaths, however. No noticeable diseases. Box charge and shipping charge makes me want to instead buy at a local fish store. Basically, $40 down the drain that I could instead be spending on fish in a store or food. Also, having to wait 3+ days to get fish when paying for overnight shipping is sort of annoying. The rebate program is nice. Providing store credit for fish deaths is great. I love my new sea horses. They are so active and happy. This second purchase was to find the right size mysis. I feel like some are too small and some are too big. I am hoping this is the right size for their mouths.
