Everything was late being delivered and I had to track it down bc it didn't just get dropped at my door. Now all my plants I bought are slowly dying. I have other plants of the same type that are flourishing. So I know its not my water.

I was able to get on a list for my new tank addition and they ship next day, it comes in a box appropriately packed. And their site has instructions on how to acclimate. Oh I received an email when it was in stock so I could quickly order.

I always come to this site to shop because their website is laid out well. I can always easily find what I was looking for. However, this time I was disappointed to find the items I was most searching for (clean up crew packages) were out of stock. Having said this I was still able to find a decent amount of some crabs and snails sold separately which I desperately needed for my tank. Well made site could use a page for information on the higher difficulty level items/etc espically if you're new to the hobby however overall easy to navigate and helpful where it can be.
