My elderly cat Cocoa was pretty much near death and I walked in totally prepared to euthanize her. But tests showed she had a severe infection caused by a badly infected upper molar due to her lifelong struggle with severe periodontal disease. Dr. Nicole Carista treated her with Covenia and painkiller injections and after 4 days she's able to eat more food and is more alert too. Loved this place! Friendly staff, clean inviting atmosphere, knowledgeable veterinarian! Dr. Took his time with us, didnt seem rushed and explained everything he covered! Very pleased and glad we chose LVAH!

My wife and I cannot say enough about the care our dogs receive at LVAH. We are always greeted warmly upon arriving for a visit and our dogs are treated with kindness and compassion. The vets are extremely knowledgeable, willing to listen, and thorough in their recommendations. Based on the personalized care we have consistently received throughout the years, including the need for emergency surgery for one of our pups, we fully entrust our pets' health to the doctors and staff at LVAH.
Dr. Jordan is the best of the best. We are so appreciative of the thoughtful care she provided to our Saraea, and for helping us to ensure her the best quality of life while she was ill. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Jordan and her staff for their sensitivity and compassion when it was truly most needed. We are fortunate to have this facility so close to home, and will continue to bring our pets to the caring providers at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. This place is the best! I take my 5 year old pit mix and my 10 and 12 year old kitties here. Very caring and kind. They just "get it" that for some of us these pets are our children. My animals all had weird "phantom" issues when I was going through chemo because they were so distraught I was ill. Every vet here I encountered treated me and my pets with reverence and respect. I highly recommend them if you need a good vet that cares.
