We have been going to the Liverpool Village Animal for more than 10 years. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Jordan is great! The evening hours are very helpful for working pet parents.

My experience was great. My little furbaby Gypsy was going in for her vaccinations. She was scheduled to see Dr. Fahey. When we went in the room Dr Fahey got right down at my dogs level to meet her, she treated her as if she was her own. She offered solutions to my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. She was very gentle with taking Gypsy back for her shots and upon her return not only showed me where they gave them to her but also made it known if there were any issues please call or bring her back. We have been going there a long time and they are always companionate if your pet is ill and knowledgeable and friendly for all the well checks. They are your friendly neighborhood vet. �
I arrived without an appointment at 7:30 with a sick kitty. Everyone was very helpful and as soon as one of the Doctors arrived, Oreo and I were seen. Although my Oreo usually sees Dr. Pinneo, who was off today, Dr. Prosser could not have been any kinder and knowledgeable. Oreo is home and hopefully, will be feeling in top shape soon. Thanks LVAM for all your care.
I cannot thank them enough. I had transferred my pet rat to Dr. Jordan for a visit after a disasterous visit with another vet. She was kind, took time to listen, ask questions, and even made sure I got a cup of coffee after I started to bawl when I got the good news! I am telling all my local small animal rescues to go to her. My little boy peed all over her and she laughed scratched his head and whispered "You are too perfect little man!" HIGHLY reccommend!!! The vets and staff at LVAH are fantastic and above all, very, very caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Russell and everyone for all you do for our cats, especially our eldest, Franklin. He really likes the care and attention :-)
