Staff was all wonderful & Dr. Carista took good care of my baby,calmed her down and made sure all our questions were answered. will be using them for everything in the future. :)
Great bunch of people who seem to love my pet as much as I do.
You will not find a greater group of people anywhere that are there for you and your animals. This week, we had our Sheltie, Murphy, in the LVAH hospital for four days. He received the best care, not only from Doctors Hendrick, Holtze, Wojcik and Pinneo, but all the wonderful support staff in the tech area. There was constant (and very much appreciated) communication between the staff/Doctors and my husband and me. I brought my 8 month old French bulldog to Liverpool Village animal hospital for the first time yesterday and I couldn't be happier here. We were in search of a closer vet then our current one, and I am always very cautious and skeptical on choosing where to go. Arriving here was a breath of fresh air. The check in process was fast. They didn't waste any time when I got there and I got right into a room. The vet took the time he needed to discuss the issues to figure out the best next steps for Hamilton. I have been taking my Weim there for over 9 years and have never had anything but excellent and prompt care /lots of education ( this is my 1st dog!) and some good old fashioned "hand holding" during some anxious times!!!!! I wish our "human" medical was as wonderful as this!!!!!

Liverpool Village is the best. My Precious will be 16 next month and this is the first time she didn't tremble when coming into a vet or grooming facility. The staff has the best customer service and I feel like I walked into Cheers (tv show) where everybody knows your name. Great job LVAH
