I just want to say thank you to your staff. I brought my 18 yr old cat "Cassie"in today 8/18. She was very sick. I made the decision to have her put to sleep. The staff including the doctor were great. It was one of the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Thank you again for your compassion.
We would like to thank Dr. Erik Holtze and the techs that showed nothing but compassion, care, understanding and professionalism on July 25, 2015, when we had to help our girl, Angel, get to the Rainbow Bridge. We can't begin to express the appreciation and gratitude that the staff showed us while we were there. We just brought our new puppy Hank to LVAH. From the ladies to the front desk, the vet techs, and the vet everyone was awesome! We felt welcomed, the puppy was at ease, and all of our questions were answered. Thank you!!
Big thank you to Dr. Pinneo. He was been amazing with our family over the last 3 months as we deal with a sick little dog. Patient, kind and always willing to take time out of his busy schedule for a phone call to reassure us. I firmly believe that Tank is still part of our family because of him!!
