I've been a customer at LVAH for about 2 years. Always great service and people and support. But this week I had an appointment with a doctor I've never seen before. Dr. Voss was thee kindest most patient veterinarian I've ever met. He let me go down an entire list of concerns for my pets (ears, ankles, teeth, weight) and I swear he was in our room for about 30 minutes giving them a thorough checkup. I just want to say thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Voss for taking such good care of our pup Ollie! He is not out of the woods yet for his heart worm but I know he is in good hands. Best decision we ever made was by making Dr. Voss our guy to take care of our precious boy!
