Skye was nothing but the greatest from the minute I called her, we had a bad experience with a previous realtor not meeting our needs and Skye went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in the home buying process. As first time homebuyers its difficult to understand everything and she always took her time to explain to us any questions we had at any time of the day. Skye was my buying agent, I was selling a home out of state and moving to Dayton. She worked with my selling agent and the local title company to make our move easy as possible. She responded to all my calls, emails and text's, even on nights and weekends. If she did not know the answer to a question I had, she found out in a timely manor. Skye was amazing! Very patient and understanding. We bought a new build and there were a lot of complications during the construction. She was always one step ahead with questions and getting things fix for us. I would highly recommended her if your are selling or buying. She also sold our previous home and that process went very quick and smooth!
