I highly recommend Skye. When we first started looking we weren't sure if we were actually ready to buy a house. She told us she would just show us some houses and we could go from there. We went back and forth for awhile on if we were ready to buy or if we wanted to wait a year or so. Skye was very understanding through the whole thing. Skye was amazing! Very patient and understanding. We bought a new build and there were a lot of complications during the construction. She was always one step ahead with questions and getting things fix for us. I would highly recommended her if your are selling or buying. She also sold our previous home and that process went very quick and smooth!

Skye was able to assist me in selling my home even under difficult circumstances. I'm military, so most communication had to be done via email, text, and mobile phone. Most emails were answered immediately and the only delays I could ever recall were on my end because of duties and responsibilities. Skye is very knowledgeable in the area I was looking for. I had told her what I was looking for and never once did she try to show me anything out of my price range. She's a hands on realtor. I never once had to contact her. She was always contacting me to make sure everything was going smoothly. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe the closing of 3 weeks would have been met. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking to purchase a home.
