Bill came to our rescue in about 10 minutes from my phone call, and snaked both from outside & inside our kitchen sinks that were very clogged as was the garbage disposal. He did an excellent job, was very professional and didn’t waste any time at all in resolving the problem. We will always phone Lloyd’s for any and all our plumbing needs. Your company is wonderful ! Thank you for the quick response.

I had a musty smell in my house and was worried that it could be mold from a leaking pipe. The technician was very clean, very knowledgeable, and polite. He went under raised foundation. Even tapped on the floor so that I would know that know that he was checking every area of the crawl space. He also went into the attic to make sure there was no leak from the air conditioner. Then he checked the outside plumbing and meter in the sidewalk. Now I can sleep well at night knowing there are no leaks in the plumbing.

I wish I could remember the guys name who fixed my toilet! But I’ve had it fixed many times and every single one of them plumbers were as incompetent as they come. I will definitely be going back to Lloyd’s and hopefully my guys still there!!!

Needed to change the shut-off valves for the bathroom sinks and the washer which were all frozen from decades of non-use. Also needed to upgrade the supply lines for the sinks and washer to metal ones. The Plumber they sent, John V. , was friendly, and professional and made quick work of the project. He also pointed out a potential leak hazard with a connection where the main line connects to the pressure regulator for the house.
