I needed a toilet repaired. Specifically, the Tank. I called in the morning and that afternoon one of their technicians, came out and repaired it. John is very amicable. Later I began getting a double flush. I called and stated the new issue I was having with the toilet. They sent John out that same day to resolve my issue. Again, John was very affable.
