Had an emergency situation.. lloyd’s Responded quickly . Bill came out and took care of the problem right away. First time user of Lloyd’s and they were perfect . Bill was all one could ask for . He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly . He took care of the blown water valve within minutes of arriving. It was pleasure doing business with this company and in particular Bill .. Very professional. I am very happy with how well they completed the job. The first estimate from another company was twice as much as Lloyd's estimate. Lloyd's did a fantastic job!

I have already commented on your work at my condo at 555 Rio Grande Circle in Thousand Oaks but now let me tell you about the two places you referred us to for a possible asbestos inspection and water damage. Since I am up in Canada I asked my son in law Eric to let the worker into my place and when the inspection was done they were to call me. This morning when I found a lot of water on the floors of my living room and dining room, I immediately called Lloyd's Plumbing as they had handled a lot of different plumbing issues in and for my condominium complex. They had someone out in a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. Thomas was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again!

I trusted that you would get the job done and you did. I know that you did not overcharge me because I did check around but I was shocked at what it cost me. For a senior on very low income this came as a shock. Hopefully they now will not find mold in the walls. My son-in-law dealt with Tony and he was very impressed with his knowledge and compassion. We called at 7:35 about a problem with our Water heater and they had Nivk here by 8:00 AM. it was repaired by 9:45 AM Their service is great, wouldn't use anyone else.
