John - who did my work, was so knowledgeable and proficient. In addition , he was so personable and thoughtful. He explained everything so well and was so pragmatic in his suggestions and opinions. I have an older home with many upgrades but some of the foundational works still really needed help . He took care of my needs and helped me with plans for more work.
