As always, Pete was excellent. He thoroughly inspected the problem (leaking garbage disposal), explained what was wrong and what options I had and helped me decide on the beer course I’d action. He answered all of my questions and when he was finished he went over what he did with me. I only call Lloyd’s for all plumbing issues because you all always do great work and I trust Pete and everyone else at Lloyd’s.
