Work was well done and prompt. You get five stars for that. But I will probably go somewhere else next time. That is because your corporate costs runs the price up 10 to 20 percent to much. Two much profit to the to the big guys on the top.

Pete was fantastic! He was not only professional but repaired both the tub and toilet the following day after giving us a quote. He also gave us the advantage of replacing the toilet rather than repairing the old one. Thanks again for the excellent service, Pete.

Bill was prompt and arrived within half hour to repair sudden hot water tubing leaks. Professional and knew what we needed. Replaced tubing, hot water circulation pump, and added proper valves to bring up to code. Problem solved. Only issue was he did not email completed invoice or show me old parts. However he did come back first thing next day with parts and got completed invoice email. A bit pricey, but worth the expense to get the job done properly. Would use Lloyd’s again.
